What happens if I use a warm mist vaporizer and a cool mist humidifier in the same room?
My 5 year old gets stuffy at night a lot and she is constantly trying to blow her nose but nothing comes out. She has a fairly nice size bedroom so I put the warm mist vaporizer on one side of the room and the cool mist humidifier on the other end. Am I doing more harm than good?
I just bought a vicks warm mist vaporizer and i don't know if it's ok to put it on the floor or not?

Both my kids are sick they have chest congestion and a dry hacking cough, my 5 year old has a runny nose that is so runny her lip is raw under her nose and my son is wheezing with his breathing. We have been rubbing them with Vicks and we have the Vicks Waterless Vaporizer Pulg in but we are wanting to get either a warm mist vaporizer or humidifyer but I am not sure which one is the best or if we should continue to use the Waterless Vaporizer. We want to get something that will help them sleep better at night.Please advise any information would help a ton Thanks
Warm Mist Vaporizer Question?
So I have sinusitis and I've been using a warm mist vaporizer constantly for the past few days....Is this ok? I know this might sound silly but I don't want to get fluid in my lungs and then get even more sick.
What is the difference between a Cool Mist Humidifier and a Warm Mist Vaporizer?
I have a 2 month old that has to have a cool mist humidifier and a 5 year old that has to have a warm mist vaporizer. Thankfully they are in separate rooms. My 5 year old has asthma, does this have something to do with why he needs the warm mist over the cool mist? Also why did they tell me not to use the warm mist for my 2 month old? I'm a bit confused by all this cool mist warm mist.
