No it's not irregardless of where you live. Actually, they aren't "marijuana vaporizers " they are "herbal vaporizers. " I recently purchased a volcano online, and i live in a no-medical marijuana state. Some chefs use vaporizers to literally vaporize herbs like thyme etc and infuse into food, you can also use most vaporizers as oil diffusers or for aromatherapy purposes. Volcano's and other vapes are legal, and only become "parifinalia " when you put illegal drugs in them. Likewise, pipes and water bongs are sold legally because they can be used to smoke tobacco. My advice, if you're looking for a vape is get one of these: 1. Da Buddah (cheepest one with stellar performance and reviews $190 ish.) 2. Silver Surfer (trendier and coller than Da Buddah, works the same though, a bit pricier $250 ish) 3. Volcano (undisputed king of vapes, can go for $600 plus new.) Also, check Craigslist in your town, I've gotten a vape off Craigslist on the cheap. Vaping is great, and healthier alternative to smoking. If you buy a cheap vape you probably won't get great results. If you buy one of the 3 I mentioned you'll end up using your herb more efficiently. I can load a bowl of (lets say thyme) and vape it twice as much as if I smoked it in an herb pipe. Then I can take the vaped thyme and roll a cigarette and smoke it again!! |
