Question: Why are hot steam vaporizers better for you than cold vaporizers?

My mom always ran a hot steam vaporizer for me & I always ran hot steam vaporizers when my children were very young but now I have read that it only puts bacteria into the air, so the cool mist vaporizer is best. Ask your doctor for sure.
